Phil Lesh will celebrate Mardi Gras 2005 with an unspecified group of Friends and Chicago rockers Umphrey's McGee at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. The costume ball, parade and concert will take place on the 12th of February. The details are as follows.
