New Monsoon is very excited to announce they will be staying home this year for New Years Eve as they throwdown at 12 Galaxies in San Francisco. 12 Galaxies is one of the few SF venues that is allowed to go past 2 a.m., and this show promises to be an epic all-night event.
The amazing Hot Buttered Rum String Band will open the festivities at 9 p.m. for a two-hour set, followed by two sets of New Monsoon, starting around 11:15. From there who knows what to expect as Mike Dillon leads the Hairy Apes BMX into the late night, and don't forget to dance hard because free breakfast will be served at dawn.
Tickets go on sale to the public on October 1 at 12Galaxies.com. Early bird discounts are extended until Thanksgiving for a bargain price of $22. After Thanksgiving, the price goes to $25. On the day of the show, tickets will be $30. Ticket info will be posted soon at www.12Galaxies.com.
