The Bridge School has announced the lineup for the two-day benefit concert being held south of San Francisco at the Shoreline Amphitheatre on October 23rd and 24th. Founded by Neil Young and his wife Pegi, the concert proceeds largely fund The Bridge School's operating costs. The school was founded in 1986 as an educational program serving children who could benefit from the newly emerging field of augmentative and alternative communication.

Over the years this event has grown in popularity to become one of the seasons most anticipated events. Since 1986, artists such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Bob Dylan, Pearl Jam and Phish have lent their musical abilities to this special weekend. This year another batch of amazing artists have been assembled to perform alongside Young and the students of the school. As always these concerts are performed on acoustic instruments. Tickets go on sale Sunday September 12th. Checkout the lineup below and visit The Bridge School for more information on The Bridge School as well as past and present performers.

This years lineup includes:
Neil Young
Paul McCartney
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Tony Bennett
Ben Harper
Sonic Youth
Los Lonely Boys
Tegan & Sara

Daily Schedule to be announced.
