Steve Kimock by Tony Stack
The Everyone Orchestra is bringing its ever-changing lineup and awareness-raising efforts to California in September for two performances. Guitar virtuoso Steve Kimock, no stranger to the Orchestra, will join the cast in San Francisco on Thursday, September 16 at 12 Galaxies and Sunday, September 19 to create the grand finale for the Earthdance Festival in Laytonville.

A portion of the proceeds from the 12 Galaxies show will benefit HeadCount and its nationwide voter registration campaign.

The Everyone Orchestra is a revolving cast of stellar musicians who come together to showcase their craft, improvise, and raise funds and awareness for environmental and philanthropic projects.

Everyone Orchestra performances are unique in that they culminate in conducted jams in which the entire orchestra is on stage together, following the conductor's directions on giant placards, with hand signals, various body movements, and a big helping of audience participation.

Throughout the performances, improvisational grooves are the underlying foundation and different players will be highlighted doing what they do best.

The mystery of the unknown keeps the musicians present and on their toes, making for the one-of-a-kind magical musical moments Everyone Orchestra has become known for.
