After some much needed downtime, Particle is ready to head out on the road with plenty of new material this summer. Some of the new originals to look out for are "Swamp Soup," "Double Helix," and "Short Fuse," and are much different than any previous Particle material. Fans can also look forward to some great new covers as well as a reworked version of "Ready Made Gangsta."

This summer tour is highlighted by many festival stops including Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI, 10,000 Lakes Festival and High Sierra Music Festival over 4th of July weekend. Other big festivals coming up include Zen Festival on July 10th at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX featuring Public Enemy and Rabbit on the Moon and Austin City Limits Music Festival on Sept 17th featuring Trey Anastasio, The Pixies and many more. Particle's six club shows in June have the amazing Baldwin Brothers opening (no, not the actors). They will also return to the Metro on June 24th for an evening sure to be full of surprises. Another treat will be joining Keller Williams and Dark Star Orchestra at Deer Creek Amphitheater (Verizon Wireless) on June 22nd.
Another highlight this summer will be a free show on July 22nd at Pier 54 in New York City as part of the Hudson River Rocks. That will be followed by two shows with Chris Robinson and moe. in Long Island at Brookhaven Amphitheater and again in Baltimore at Pier Six Concert Pavilion on July 25th.
