TOUR DATES BETWEEN AUG. 26-SEPT. 15
CANCELED DUE TO ILLNESS

Gregg Allman
Gregg Allman has been forced to cancel all late August/early September tour dates due to illness. The Allman Brothers Band legend has been out on the road promoting his latest solo album Low Country Blues.

As part of his continued recovery from Hepatitis C, Allman underwent a successful liver transplant operation at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL last year.

Read the statement from Allman's management below:

"We're sorry to announce that Gregg Allman, upon his doctor's orders, is canceling his tour from August 26, 2011 through September 15, 2011. Allman had to cancel several dates at the end of his European run in June due to an upper respiratory condition. His doctor hoped that with rest, he'd get better, but unfortunately the issue has persisted. Treatment is going to involve several days of hospitalization and 4 – 6 weeks of bed rest at home."
