The High Plains Festival, set for July 2-4 at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN, has announced the lineup of Trampled by Turtles, Pert' Near Sandstone, Caroline Smith, Nathan Miller & Unstoppable Company, and Sovereign Sect.
