In support of his recent release Mouthful of Copper, which Relix Magazine called "150 minutes of live and dangerous Rock," Jerry Joseph is staging a run of solo acoustic shows. Known for his killer songwriting abilities and amazing live shows, Jerry is hard at work touring and promoting his new album, while recording a follow-up to 2002's critically acclaimed studio album Conscious Contact.

After kicking off at the White Eagle in his hometown of Portland, Oregon, Jerry will continue the acoustic tour on Saturday, January 31 in Orlando, Florida at the 5th Annual Hannah's Buddies Charity Classic and John Bell & Friends Benefit Bash. The event will take place at the House of Blues in Orlando and will also include John Bell, North Mississippi Allstars, Michael Nichol, and many more. Jerry will then head out on a three-week solo acoustic tour throughout the southeast United States.
Joseph's songs have been recorded and performed by Widespread Panic, and he has received comparisons to Tom Petty, John Hiatt, and Graham Parker. Jerry Joseph's songwriting capabilities are exemplified by Mouthful of Copper, which is dedicated to Michael Houser, the late Panic guitarist who passed away in 2002 after being diagnosed with cancer. This double live album only strengthens his reputation as a classic performer whose musical balance keeps you on your edge.
The tour winds its way through ten intimate venues in the southern states where fans will be able to experience--up close and personal--the skilled songwriting and powerful voice of Jerry in a relaxed atmosphere.
