PANIC ANNOUNCES NYE | LAST SHOWS TILL 2005

Widespread Panic will be ringing in 2004 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA for 2 nights on December 30th & 31st. This will be the last time in 2003 and the only time in 2004 the band will perform!

By John Croxton
Following the death of guitarist and founder Michael Houser in August of 2002 Panic played on with guitarist George McConnell assuming the position of John Bell's right hand man. After touring throughout 2003, including a Fall Tour about to get under way, the band has announced a much deserved break in touring.

Together since 1986 the band has played over a thousand shows across the country and the world to its devoted legions of fans. Following a two night run at the famed Madison Square Garden on the 30th and 31st of October, the band will rest up until the final two shows in their home state of Georgia at the Philips Arena.
