Due to the unexpected lateness of the birth of Jon Fishman's second child, it has been necessary to postpone the Jazz Mandolin Project tour dates October 7-12 until mid-January. Both Jon and the JMP have expressed sincere apologies for any inconvenience. They are in the process of attempting to reschedule all dates. Assuming the dates can be rescheduled, all tickets will be honored. Full refunds will be provided for any dates that cannot be rescheduled. The band expects to announce new tour information shortly. Thanks for your understanding. And for the record, Jack Bradley Fishman was born on Sept. 30, 2003. 8lbs. 4 oz. All are healthy and well.

Drummer extraordinaire and Phish backbone Jon Fishman will play six shows with the Jazz Mandolin Project.
A longtime JMP cohort, Fishman will once again share the stage adding his unique and awe inspiring drum work the already extremely talented band. It's been over a year since he last collaborated with the group when it made its debuts in Japan and Alaska and performed at moe.'s "Moe Down" in August of 2002.
Everyone is very excited for the reunion. Fishman's drumming shines on the CD Tour de Flux as well as his stunning piano debut on the bands self-released cult hit CD After Dinner Jams. Don't miss his only tour of 2003 which will also include rising star upright bassist Scott Ritchie (from LA and Cincinnati), Mike "Mad Dog" Mavridoglou on trumpet and keys and of course, Jamie Masefield on mandolins.
