GUEST will be performing three complete sets on the FARM AID second stage; before, between and after FARM AID 2003's last three headlining acts (Nelson, Young & Mellencamp).

Nelson, Young and Mellencamp organized the first Farm Aid concert in 1985 to raise awareness about the loss of family farms and to raise funds to keep farm families on their land. Matthews joined the Farm Aid board of directors in 2001.

Farm Aid has raised more than $24 million to promote a strong and resilient family farm system of agriculture. Through public education and direct grants, Farm Aid supports national, regional and local efforts to promote sustainable agriculture, fight factory farms, advocate for fair farm prices, and provide credit counseling and direct assistance to farm families.

ABOUT GUEST:
Combining elements of electronica, dance and world beat with the organic feel of rock and roll and the hooks and harmonies of modern pop, and boasting an impressive and expressive intelligent light show, GUEST embodies the fusion of the organic and the synthetic in modern rock; a treat for all of the senses.

GUEST's star is on the rise in many ways. In addition to being added to the FARM AID 2003 lineup, GUEST recently finished the filming of a full length, feature-film documentary, produced by Bakari Brock and the Los Angeles-based Conceptual Media Group and entitled A Guest To The Road. As a result of GUEST's multi-faceted growth and success, the band continues to garner more and more attention from music and film industry professionals nationwide.
