Meshell Ndegeocello will be
performing four shows on the West Coast next month: March 3 and 10 at Café Largo in Los Angeles, March 12 at
The New Parish in Oakland, and March 13 at the Independent in San Francisco.
For the March 3 date at Largo, Meshell will be performing duets with Chris Bruce and playing songs from
throughout her career, including her most recent release, Devil’s Halo.
The March 10, 12 and 13 shows are billed as “Gett off: Meshell Ndegeocello covers Prince”, with Meshell performing
songs written by the purple one, including classics such as “Little Red Corvette”, “Lady Cab Driver”, and “Pop Life”.
A full band will be accompanying Meshell on all four dates with Chris Bruce on guitar, Deantoni
Parks on drums, and Keefus Ciancia on keys.
