The Levon Helm Band is in
Highland Park, IL tonight for a show at the Ravinia Pavilion. The group will remain on the road through an July 11
appearance at the
Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest. Then over the weekend of July 16 and 17 the group will perform two of its Midnight
Rambles.
The first ramble on Friday July 16 will serve as a benefit to raise funds for the re-election campaign of incumbent
Ulster County Sheriff Paul Van Blarcum. The show will kick off at 7:30 and no comps or guest list will be available
for
this show. Kenny White will then be
on
the bill for the Ramble on Saturday July 17.
