The Allman Brothers are coming to NYC for their annual Beacon Theatre run… and along with that comes great music to fill the nights they're not playing! During this run, musicians from all over gather in the city to take part in the musical vibe.

Velour Presents has put together a special off-night jam at Tribeca Blues on Wednesday, March 20th. This special night of music features three members of the Derek Trucks Band: Kofi Burbridge (flute, keyboards), Yonrico Scott (drums) and Todd Smallie (bass), along with sax sensation Topaz. These four musicians will bring their skills together for one night of music that is sure to be amazing. As usual, you never know who will take the stage at these events, seeing as there are so many musicians in town looking to collaborate with each other.

All of these musicians have been busy with their own bands in the past few months. The Derek Trucks Band recently signed to Columbia Records and just finished their first album, scheduled for release in early summer. Topaz has been busy touring with his band all over the East coast, and recently blew the house down when he opened for John Scofield at Irving Plaza.

This will be a great night of music that should not be missed!
