Jersey Jams, Jersey Cares sets concert series for families of
Sept. 11 victims
"One of the New Jersey pop-music scene's most ambitious
efforts to respond to the terrorist attack." - Star-Ledger
With more corporate sponsors and
members of the music industry offering their help and support, Jersey Jams Fund is proud to announce a five-part, statewide
concert series to coincide with the March 11 release of the Jersey Jams, Jersey Cares charity tribute compilation to the New Jersey families of Sept.
11.
The shows, scheduled for five different cities in the Garden State, will not
only feature many of the acts who appear on the all-star CD, but a number of
New Jersey musicians who have since offered to loan their support. Momentum
continues to build for Jersey Jams, Jersey Cares as word of its efforts
spreads around the country. Several new sponsors donating services such as
distribution, video production and signage, have also signed on since the
joint effort was announced less than a month ago.
