The 9th Annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival will once again come to San Francisco's Speedway Meadows in Golden Gate Park. Set to go down October 2-4 2009, the first round of artists has been announced. And did we mention the fest is FREE! Gotta luv that.
