Sometimes we miss stuff (as our comments section so readily points out…), so we want to rectify one oversight by hippin' y'all to Ethan Miller's nifty little Internet niche, Silver Currant. Only recently aware of it ourselves, the blog curated by the Howlin Rain/Comets On Fire man contains his insightful glosses on music and living. He's got a big brain and lot of rough wisdom and it's swell to see him putting it out there for all to see.
In addition, Miller has posted free downloads for an unreleased acoustic Howlin Rain EP called Three From A Phantom Saloon and an electric Six Organs of Admittance album with Comets backing up Ben Chasny. Just scroll down the Silver Currant page and you'll find up and the links to download. You will not be sorry.
