i just dont understand why janes doesnt go on tour alone, i mean id rather see 2 hours of janes, then a short set. not saying i dont like NIN but it just doesnt mesh

i bet that chicago show is gonna be extra bad ass, charter1 pav is a perfect venue right on the lake with a sick view of the chicago skyline if u go up to the bleachers

BGsteve- Janes is 1 of the Lolla headliners this summer, and since NIN did Lolla last summer, Chicago is getting the shaft on the co-headlining tour. I think the Northerly Island show will sellout right away, so I wouldn't be surprised if a 2nd show is added for the night before(open date).

Lolla is why Janes is not with NIN. Janes will headline Lolla for sure. Bummer that there is no Portland love - Gorge would be fun but not for Sasquatch fest. oh well - My cats name is Maseo!

Jane's is great but, NIN is a headache waiting to happen. Suprised Perry teamed up with these guys he's usually pretty smart. The only thing I can think of is that JA does not have enough material to carry a whole tour by themselves.

Just saw Perry a few months ago at this lame T-Mobile promotion thing in Columbia, SC w/ that DJ AM guy, you know right before their plane crashed leaving our airport? Yea, that sucked and I feel bad for them, but the show sucked too. Perry looks and sounds like shit! His band sounded like shit! It was a free show, so no dollars lost, but I'd be pissed if I'd pay to see that performance. To each their own, and have fun if you go, but I'm just saying...he looks and sounds like a worn out sewer rat on it's last hit of methane!

Yeah, stop dissing on NIN, if any of you fools didn't see NIN last year on their most epic tour, then you wouldn't know what a brilliant live show is. NIN is the SHIT! And to have them be with Janes is going to be amazing. The new drummer for NIN is sick and the new four man group will definitely rock our asses off. I hope that Janes will be thrown in for Bonnaroo, but Chidodger, I don't know where you come off as the only guy to know what's happening behind the scenes with everybody, cause I'm sick of half of these reviews on every article being your bullshit on what YOU think, but NIN will be at Lolla, I mean did you not see them last year when he talked about how he hasn't been their since the very first Lolla and how fun it was. This is their last tour and I'm sure Trent will be going to a few of his favorite festivals, plus new ones(Bonnaroo, Sasquatch). I don't think Trent will deny playing their especially after a tour with Janes. So I think that you should stop spitting your multiple dumbass opinions and wait til the Lineup is announced.

Of course I have, but the fact that Trent put together a multi-million dollar extravaganza that melted everybodys faces off and the that even Trent himself said that the lineup/show production was perfect just shows that it was by far IN MY MIND the most epic. Don't get me wrong his other tours were fantastic, but Lights In the Sky was Too INSANE!

I agree with DANKB, though, lights in the sky was good, but the tour I saw a few years ago was, music-wise, much better, although the stage show for lights was quite impressive.

Im not sure how you can like NIN but call Janes "drivel"? To each his own. I like em both, but I think Jane's has much better songwriting. NIN is more like a storm of noise, which is great if Im in the mood for it. Please add a Twin Cities show!

jane's addiction ended beacuse all fcur of those assholes' limited creativity was wrung out into two albums and they knew they'd wind up like weezer or THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS on mtv playing the vma's every year sucking greed's pigdick for pennies if they tried to keep going, and they were like just totally above all that man. perry farrel is like an artist kinda. great to see trent reznor has some sympathy. where the fuck is the new phase? do i have to put on some square rimmed glasses and an ironic t-shirt to open ears?

Fuck. Yeah. Mountain Song just got me pumped!

Can't wait to see them together and NIN again at Bonnaroo!!!
