Dinosaur Jr: Tour/Exclusive 7"

DINOSAUR JR. Sign with Jagjaguwar, Announce April Tour and Exclusive 7"

Dinosaur Jr
Having recently signed with Jagjaguwar, Dinosaur Jr. will be hitting the road in April to road test new material in a town near you in cozier environs than you might expect. For the fortunate fans who score tickets to these select shows, they will also receive either a limited edition, tour-only 7" or a digital download code with the purchase of a ticket. The songs on this release were recorded live during a Pitchfork.tv feature at J Mascis' own Bisquiteen Studios. The feature is currently running on Pitchfork.tv.

The A-Side is a new track entitled "I Don't Want To Go There," and is slated to appear on their forthcoming full length, while the B-Side is a revisited classic "Tarpit" from You're Living All Over Me.

This will be Dinosaur Jr.'s first release since 2007's acclaimed Beyond.

J Mascis is so sick! Last time that they came to the Orange Peel, it was the loudest concert I have ever been to. Great show, Marshall stacks, Dinosaur Jr. kicks some ass!

They are good for sure. Mascis has not been as good since his injury started limiting him though. I would still check this out anytime.

YESYESYESYESYESYESYES!!!

I can't believe they're playing in Lancaster. Pretty funny choice of venue. This is the first time in a while I've had to go more than 8 miles for a show (currently in Philly).
