Time turns elastic was a cool show, I saw the first (?) one in Nashville. Trey really does blend the guitar well; the way they messed with the volume was awesome. I advise anyone who gets a chance to see it to go! Don't expect any jammin' just the trippiest classical music you've ever heard.

This prob sounds harsh, but if Trey tries to pull any shit solo work on us we need to give a hearty BOO. He had a pretty awful solo tour this fall, he can't pull that shit with Phish. Boo Let me Lie, Backwards Down the Number Line, Sand, etc.

So much to be pumped about here -- the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra is phenomenal and the Meyerhoff is one of the best sounding rooms in the country. What a welcome surprise.

seen so many trey side bands,better off going to a Disco Biscuits show.If I had to see mr. completely or Shine again I'll Scream.Wasted alot of money and brain cells on the side bands .and most of them were boring at best.Hoping phish will kick ass this summer,If not there always Camp Bisco..

The BSO did the same type thing with Grateful Dead tunes in August. Really sounded good.

Conductor Marin Alsop lived with Matt Butler's (Everyone Orchestra) family while he was in high school and she was the conductor of the Eugene Symphony!

The Deodato Arrangement of "Thus Sprach Zarathustra" appears in Peter Sellers last movie 'Being There' which is a great movie BTW. Very well done with lots of modern relevance (hopefully less so these days). The arrangement is based on The Richard Stauss song that was inspired by Fredrick Nietchze's writing on the Ubermensch, or superman.

Simply put, Trey Anastasio is a prolific musician. He literally shits ideas. sure he has had a couple of bouts with the hard stuff... but who hasn't, when you LIVE on tour? Incidentally, the Nashville chamber orchestra, at bonnaroo 2004 with trey, was absolutely beautiful... I would go so far as to say that it was the highlight of that whole fest. I really think that TRUE music fans will enjoy the orchestral stuff... As far as the jumping around... I mean, come on, I love to dance... and who doesn't like to feel good at a show... but in this case, "TWEAKERS BEWARE". It's going to be soulful and pretty... not blinging and poppy... so, cool your engines folks... Trey is coming either way!!! peace and LIGHTS- E.T.
