Sam beam was great at rothbury

very laid back and he just hits the soul with his lyrics

I would love to catch the fuller sund of him with a group (iron and wine)

and at a smaller venue

sometime soon...

that freebird guy seems to be everywhere these days... very original

truly a great band - i saw iron & wine with calexico(also great) on their tour in support of 'in the reins' back in 05(i think). it's still one of the best shows i've ever been to. it wasn't nearly as chill as i thought it would be, i left in a very bouncy mood.
