Bassist Geoff Harper is not a member of Skerik's Syncopated Taint Septet, the "bass" in that band is held down by Joe Doria's B-3 . . . GA
nice thundah thighs...
Sonya has a great voice and all, but I am really ready for a straight-up Slip tour.
This was such a fun show. Brad is very inventive, Brogan and band rocked, and Sonya has such a great voice -- she's gonna be a star.
Can't wait for more Slip!

Zoinks! I was trying to post a link to a set of pix of these guys a few weeks back in Baltimore. Sadly, I was one of maybe ten people at the show.

how much more will the slip do to try to "slip" into the mainstream?
Sonya's voice is worth traveling to hear and the Slip is always something to hear. I took a few pictures at her Denver shows.

i don't think they're trying to "slip into the mainstream" as much as they are trying to survive as musicians
obviously The Slip has not recieved a sustainable amount of mainstream sucess which has caused the band to diversify their music portfolios
they tour as SMMD
andrew played drums on the Land of Talk album
Brad has released a solo album
brad and andrew have played as Super Little
Marc teaches bass and is playing in a band for comedic theatre
everybody has gotta make a dime, and to keep doing what they love, brad andrew and marc are the perfect examples of this
