Got tix for St, Paul, should be a fun night, Anyone have any idea how long sets will be for each act? Hopefully we get a good mix of the Beasties instrumental stuff.

Last time I saw the Beasties, they played a good amount of intstrumental stuff throughout the night - it was badass. I think those guys are gettin a little too old and gray to rock the mic for a full show.

Right.. I want to hear stuff from "The Mix Up" and "The in Sound from Way Out"... not Intergalactic, and Paul Revere.

What's up with the frantic swing state shows? Obama already has it in the bag... The only way he can lose it is if the Electoral College is rigged (I don't trust them farther than I can throw my dick) or if McCain comes out with something uber sketchy... both things Obama has no control over. So chill out, we can try socialism and war with Pakistan and Afghanistan for 4 years, I am down with it. Maybe you are right and maybe Obama will be great. But if it is going to be like I think it is going to be, will you have these rallies/shows and get behind someone who really wants change like Ron Paul or even Nader in 2012.. That's all I ask. I can't wait for shows to be about music again.

The Charlotte show sold out in 7 minutes. Granted the place is about as big as the sardine can on the cover of Hello Nasty. Wish Charlotte would have gotten a little Ben Harper, Jack Johnson or the D love.

Last i saw MN and WI weren't swingn' anymore, they were leaning Obama pretty well. We're still swingn' here in CO though! I only caught half the Beasties set at Langerado (UM is just too good to miss) but I was impressed with what I saw ans would love to see a full show, especially if they are playing a lot of their stuff of the new album.

Obama is the lesser of two evils. That's the best thing that I can say about him. Just remember, "The lesser of two evils is still evil." "Mom's gonna fix it all soon. Mom's comin' round to put it back the way it ought to be..."

Whos ever goin to Milwaukee is lucky! I mean Beasties, Crosby and Nash, Harper, and The "D" all on one bill...have fun, i hope that the Beastie Boys bring it, i know they will, but like others say, they do need to do more instramental work, these guys can definitely kick out the jams!

Howdy from Charlotte!

Change comes from lots of hearts - not one politician. So, it does not matter who is in office IF all the beautiful people just go out and overpower this world with love.

Yeah - go vote, please; lovers need to be represented!

But most importantly go out and love hard for 1,500 days. Then repeat for another 1,500 days. And put some feet underneath that love; really GO OUT and HELP some hurting folks, y'all. If your job requires you to be a dick - quit and get a job that requires love! (We just went from a six-figure taxable income to a $20K taxable income this year, and it has been the happiest year of our lives!) Be kind to all - especially the elephants; they need love the most:)

I vote for WSP & the beastie boys in one show. That's my vote...to save that world from wars that are bad and that wsp could stop with the guitars instead of guns and boms and sht like that. no one would die and everyone would live dancing to the tunes and to the jams and to the songs and to the vibes. Beasie boys have to link up with the best...WSP!!!!please and lo

jcolb16: first off, you may have been sarcastic and if you were, pay this post no mind.

if you were being serious about the terrorist thing and you appear to be in the "know", can you run me and anyone else reading through a scenario of what would happen if obama were elected. I have often heard people make similar statements about how obama is soft of terrorism. similar arguments were made for JFK regarding communism (in many ways similar to terrorism). i have yet to find an anti-obama person who can elaborate on why exactly obama would be so bad, specifically regarding terrorism? i live in brooklyn NY. where do you live?
