"They look like Hanson"

Ha. A little too scruffy to look like Hanson IMO. I'd go with early 70s Floyd.

Ive seen this band 3 times and they are very good. If you took Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and Cream and mix them together and that is pretty much how they sound.

Rose Hill Drive is one of the best live Rock and Roll bands performing today. I've caught all three of their NYE cover performances over the past few years and they just keep getting better. Their version of "Machine Gun" two years ago was EPIC, and last year's "Sweet Emotion" was SICK! Can't wait to see them do "Whole Lotta Love" and "Ramble On". Sure, Phish did the "Cover an album from start to finish" thing first, but that doesn't mean another band can't carry on the tradition. See you at the Boulder Theater!

Love these guys a lot but who would of thought they get the boulder theater for NYE and Lotus, who was much bigger in my opinion, would be playing at the much smaller Fox...

Conjugal Burning

pretty sure Jimi did the whole "covering an entire album" thing before phish (sgt. peppers?)

jimi covered the song 2 days after the album release (& many times after). not the entire album

these guys need to let someone else have the BT for new years. its such a gorgeous indoor venue, never crowded at sold out shows.

"...who would have thought they get the boulder theatre for NYE and Lotus, who was much bigger in my opinion, would be playing at the much smaller Fox..."

a. Rose Hill Drive is from Boulder--> hometown crowd is way bigger than Lotus

b. since when is a band's popularity measured by someone's "opinion"

c. both bands shred--just be glad you can see RHD on 12/30 and then go to Lotus on 12/31

If you have not seen these guys you are missing out. Soon they will be so big that you will have wish you saw them now. THey did zep a few years ago for NYE and it was so good. IT is too bad I will be seeing Widespread Panic on NYE or else I would be there. Go get their new album, and rock out. Don't be expecting any, noodle rave crap this is true rock and roll. Nice One Kids, keep up the good work and I will look forwad to seeing youy soon.
