Yes, sirius and the grateful dead channel kick some ass, and at a subscription price of about $0.50 a day it is affordable for pretty much anyone that holds a paying job. Well worth it.

I love my Sirius and I love channel 32! I am always listening to 32, or to 17/Jamon. The real problem with Jamon is that Warren Haynes wife is a DJ on there and they play his shit all day long. Here's Gov't Mule. Now here's Warren doing Soulshine. Here's a recent Allman live recording. Here's Dave Mathews, featuring Warren on guitar. I mean get the f outta here with the overplay of Warren! I'd rather hear Derek Trucks, Trey, Jerry, Kimock, and a host of other guitarists more than him and he gets played like he's the best guitarist on the scene!

Yes, SIRIUS is included with Dish Network. Only the music though. You do not get the News, sports or the entertainment channels which sucks. But having the GD channel is just wonderful.

I guess you can apply the "what if" theory to everything, but think about this: what if Jerry had sobered up in the '70's? It sucks he died in the midst of an attempt to better himself. Jerry, the music you made has changed my life for the better. I thank you. Rest in peace.

along with the bashing of warren, that guy gets way too much airtime, i went to mountain jam that he hosted and didnt catch more than 20 combined minutes of it all weekend because i just dont really like what he brings to a band, its like he slows a band down, im prolly speaking out of my ass just bc i dont like his music so i apologize. Jerry is the bomb but my ass dont have sat radio, im sure jerry wouldnt appreciate the masses being unable to catch this

Shrrom013:I love Warren but NOBODY can top Jerry at his finest on guitar. Maybe you just don't have the best shows or listen enough. Check out some primo JGB shows, like the Pure Jerry releases, and ignore the fact they're other people's songs-nobody adds that much soul to their guitar bits.
