Bonnie "Prince" Billy Announces Lie Down in the Light, Eats Shrooms and Gets Heavy
Bonnie "Prince" Billy (aka Will Oldham) is set to release Lie Down in the Light on May 20 through Drag City. The album will feature Emmett Kelley, Shahzad Izmaily, Ashley Webber and Paul Oldham. The good Prince will tour Europe in June and July.
Following his 2006 album The Letting Go, Oldham has been seen doing stand-up comedy in Chicago, he released the Ask Forgiveness cover album featuring songs from Bjork, Danzig, Thom Yorke, and R. Kelly amongst others, took a lead role in the film Old Joy, and got down in Zach Galifianakis' video for Kanye West's "Can't Tell Me Nothing."
