What's up with all these shows in the middle of the week? Some of us aren't trustafarians and actually have to go to work. I want to see Yonder too...it's been awhile since they played ATL.

I have to agree with Jessica on this one. What happened to the Sat and Sun two night runs we used to get in Asheville during the Cabin Fever tours? Can't make it to Asheville on a Thurs night and then wake up at 7 am for work....another winter that I can't see Yonder...Oh Well at least New Riders is this saturday

pretty cool, even though they're a little late announcing on here. this was posted a few days ago. wish he was playing with them when i'm going on thursday in athens. yonder shows are always a blast. the only complaint i've ever had is that the banjo is player is not good...at all. its really strange, the other 3 guys are great, but he can't even stay in rhythm sometimes. occassionally he plays decently, but sometimes its hard to even listen to. guess he's wasted sometimes, i don't know. anyway, they would be one of my favorite bands if they had a banjo playo ever that was halfway decent.

Dave Johnston is actually very talented....I do agree though..sometimes it seems as if he is off beat....but to be fair, it is very very hard to play alot of his parts on banjo.......while singing......very impressive. Yonder is sooooo damn good though....wish they were at langerado

At the risk of sounding ignorant, I have never heard or heard of YMSB with any percussion. Call me crazy but you can't spell string band with "Drum".

For the record I am a huge Phishman phan...just asking questions. Maybe cause I got Cabin Fever!

not a huge fan of yonder w/ fishman...drums just seem to take away some of the energy of the show...but hey, I'll be there and Yonder rages no matter who they're with...

Someone please recomend some good Yonder shows. I have 2 or 3 and they are all pretty boring. I've heard some good ones but don't know what they are. I'm trying to keep likeing these guys as they are very talented, but they consistently fail to get me excited. Never heard them with Fishman.

2003-06-20 - Sheridan Opera House, I think this show is amazing. Lots of good guests and really good jams including a cover of Dogs by floyd, followed by "follow me down to the riverside". I didn't go to this show just listen to it and it consistently blows me away.

ENIGMA, ive tried to see if anyone is playing emerald but no signs of life there that nite, hopefully fishman will show up with some special guests...

Vollostcom i saw something in mountainx that late night show was going to be at emerald... just tba.... so yeah hopefully some special guest... just moved to the area from VT soo im hoping for some crazy shit... a little doubtful but hopes are high... two weeks in the area and aint no green whats the deal?

i lived in cullowhee for 7 yrs, 40 min west of asheville, if you cant find any at the show that nite look for those kids and make a connection, good shit between the both but most of it comes from AVILLE...living back in charlotte blows but we have had the goodness around lately...see ya thursday...
