That line-up looks fantastic! Its very well-balanced and full of quality, pertinent to the assortment of genres scheduled to perform.

Hell yeah! This just made my day. I live thirty minutes down the road, and I couldn't make it last year, but this lineup is way better. Rock the Catskills baby.

Oh so nice. Gonna have to make a decision this year on whether to make the run down south for Amberland again, or take head to MT Jam... Things that make you go hmmmmm!

Looks awesome. You can't beat the short drive from Albany. With MSMW there, I'm hoping Oliver shows up.

I can almost guarantee the warren is gunna play with levon and that is going to be the single best song or set(hopefully set) of the whole festival. As for the rest of the line up i couldnt ask for much more from a festival in the northeast cant wait to go. Also the fact that it is the weekend after delfest makes it even better

Lotus is sick. Does anyone know if MSMW is still playing out louder and basically having the same show every night?

moecheese.... u need to get out more bud... I used to think like you... Bottom line is the mule tears it up. The bass is heavy thumpin all times, and warren rips it up like a mad man. On top they bust out the sickest covers of all time! Last yrs mnt jam where they did no quarter! SICK there almost reggae version of love me do! SICK Thats what love will make you do with Jake Cinninger! SICK... Not to mention their songs are pretty damn good as well..

This line up rocks, and im psyched that they havnt started getting crappy bands like all these other festivals that were once good and now suck...

I have been to every Mnt jam so far, only 2 before this one... and they have all rocked! Keep it up warren...

Hopefully this year will not be as big as last year, once they signed on phil, the audience grew 10 fold. Either way it will be an amazing time.

The nice thing about this lineup is that it appears long on musicianship and perhaps light on hype. I would like to hear more from folks who have been to this fest before- worth a few hours drive? Also, what is Pnuma all about? Thanks.

Breadloaf, MJ is a great fest. Jus tbe wary of the rain, which is just about guaranteed. The great thing about it is that it's set up at the base of the ski slope and the lodge is open all day and night. I agree, the music is there without the crappy hype. Warren's good like that.

sj42286 - i've got some shirts and shoes that saw their official demise due to the clay-like mud that hunter was spewing everywhere last year. as you said, though, well worth the rain - especially for that phil show. that was something special.

I'll vouch for Citizen Cope. Can't really get into his records, but the couple of live sets I've seen didn't disappoint. His backing band is solid.

I didn't know warren produced greasy dirtball music. Sounds more like rock to me. I hadn't listened to his new album though. I'd say mule's style of rock (when there were three)was dirty and mean. Maybe I just don't like the way you phrase "southern greasy dirtball". Sounds almost derogatory. Now that mule has another seat their music has taken a new and brighter tone. Danny adds alot of sound to the mix and I like the way it's evolved. To each their own, I like the Crowes but how is that any non-greasy or undirtballish than Woody era mule?
