Lotus Announce 2008 Tour

COPY PASTE REPEAT: LOTUS REMIXED IN STORES NOW

In January 2008, Lotus embarks on their "Copy Paste Repeat" tour, which celebrates the release of Copy Paste Repeat: Lotus Remixed, an album the band released this past November. The recording offers 12 remixes by renowned producers including DFA Records artist Juan Maclean, DJ Harry, and Lotus' own Jesse Miller. Lotus' post/electro/dancerock is deconstructed and reassembled into club ready dance, dub, glitch-hop, and IDM tracks. The band's website is currently offering up the source files for the track "Bubonic Tonic" for fans to create their own remix and submit for review. The site will feature the band's favorite submissions.

okalrightic...i will see you at the recher as well as new years if you are attending. i went last year and they didn't even have their own equipment and they melted my mind. the crowd was so chill and this year will be no different...they just keep getting better and better. the rythem section is adding the flange to the drums and mr geetar man is just sooo melodic, skills to pay the bills.

Weak dates, why can't they tour MI,IN,OH,WI,IL I know there are dates for the last to states, but shitty dates, If I wasnt going to see The Word in NY, I'd go to the IL date for sure...

Last year at Starr Hill was the joint. These guys are hands down better than any other jam-electro groups(Bisco,StS9,etc.) God i wish i was still living in C-ville for this one. I knew they would go back to c-ville, they got so much love. Peace
