Marco Benevento Invisible Baby

Marco Benevento has confirmed his new album Invisible Baby will be released on Hyena Records. The tracks will be available at iTunes on January 8, the CD will be in stores on February 12. Benevento made this record with the help of some amazing musicians, including our very own Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey Reed Mathis on bass and drummers Matt Chamberlain and Andrew Barr.

As previously reported, starting January 3, Marco Benevento will host a weekly residency at New York's Sullivan Hall (formally known as the Lion's Den) with some friends including Sex Mob slide trumpeter Steven Bernstein, DJ Olive and drummer Bobby Previte (1/3), Slip guitarist Brad Barr and ThaMuseMeant upright bassist Aimee Curl (1/10), drummers Billy Martin and Calvin Weston and saxophonist Skerik, (1/24) and Slip drummer Andrew Barr and JFJO bassist Reed Mathis (1/31).

This is where it's at! Marco's a genius and so is Reed - all great musicans on this - im digging Atari and Im sure the rest of the cd will rock too. Keep on doing what your doing Marco!

Live at Tonic was so awful. sorry. Its only my opinion I know lots of people like it. And NO, I did not say this just to be negative or spark intense arguments. I am just expressing my thoughts after listening to that album. I hope all of you enjoy your favorite music as much as I do mine.
