4th Of July Festival | Free Sets From moe., Hornsby & More

What better way is there to celebrate the birth of our nation than with free music and fireworks? The U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC will host a 4th of July Festival on July 3 and 4 that's free and open to the public.

Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers, moe., Sol Driven Train, ChessBoxer, Sons Of Bill and Truth & Salvage Co. will each perform sets at the two-day festival. Each night will come to a close with a fireworks display over the venue's man-made whitewater river.

Here's a look at the schedule for the event:

July 3

3:30 p.m. – VIP opens
4:00 p.m. – ChessBoxer
6:00 p.m. – Cornhole Tournament
6:00 p.m. – Sol Driven Train
8:00 p.m. – Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers
Dark – Fireworks display
10:30 p.m. – VIP closes

July 4

2:00 p.m. – Cornhole Tournament
3:30 p.m. – VIP opens
4:00 p.m. – Sons of Bill
6:00 p.m. – Truth & Salvage Co.
8:00 p.m. – moe.
