14 On Fire world tour was put on hold in March following the suicide of Mick Jagger's longtime girlfriend - L'Wren Scott. The
band finally returned to the road last night for a performance at Telenor Arena near Oslo,
Norway. Jagger didn't mention Scott at any point last night.
While the setlist was mostly the same as previous 2014 shows, there were a few notable
exceptions. "Worried About You," off Tattoo You, was the fourth song of the evening
and marked only the third live version of the tune since 2006. The Stones continue to let
fans vote on one song they will play each night. In Norway, "Let's Spend The Night
Together," off 1967's Between The Buttons won out. "Let's Spend The Night Together"
had been on the shelf since 2007 until Sunday night. The biggest surprise of the night
came within guitarist Keith Richards's mini-set, when Keef led the band through the first
"Can't Be Seen" since August 24, 1990.
Former Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor continued his role as the tour's special guest
by helping out on "Midnight Rambler" and the "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" finale. The
encore also saw the Edward Grieg Youth Choir assist on "You Can't Always Get What You
