Neil Young Wraps Up Honor The Treaties Run In Calgary

Legendary rocker Neil Young completed his cross-Canadian Honor The Treaties run last night at Jack Singer Concert Hall in Calgary, AB. Young journaled his thoughts from the tour and shared links to coverage of his attempt to raise awareness to the plight of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation as it attempts to fight development of Alberta's oilsands. Neil even shared a link to an editorial that was critical of his efforts.

At Sunday night's show, Shakey stuck mainly to the solo acoustic set he's been performing all month with a few exceptions. Young ended the show with the tour's first performances of his cover of Bob Dylan's "Blowin' In The Wind" as well as his own "Mother Earth (Natural Anthem)."

Here's last night's setlist via Sugar Mountain:

Set: From Hank To Hendrix / Helpless / Only Love Can Break Your Heart / Love In Mind / Mellow My Mind / Are You Ready For The Country? / Someday / Changes / Harvest / Old Man / A Man Needs A Maid / Ohio / Southern Man / Mr. Soul / Pocahontas / Four Strong Winds / Harvest Moon / Heart Of Gold

Encore: Blowin' In The Wind / Mother Earth
