Brad Barr To Join The Benevento/Russo Duo for Three Shows

Guitarist Brad Barr (The Slip) will join the Benevento/Russo Duo for their next three performances: 11/15 at Higher Ground Burlington, VT, 11/16 at Bearsville Theater Woodstock, NY, and 11/17 at Pearl Street Nightclub Northampton, MA. Drummer Joe Russo has been writing material for the guitar and this will give Barr a chance to work these songs out live.

Yup, Marco was 'sposedta play with The Slip at AllGood this year, but shenanigans ensued. Boo... Oh well, sounds like this'll be the tits, I'm envious mahsef! Can't wait to hear some o' the new jim-jank -- be sendin' y'alls the good energy from the Mid-Atlantic. Head down here and hit us up sometime soon (hopefully not conflicting with STS9 in the future -- damn.)

Right On! This sounds sweet, wish I could make it... Article is a bit unclear however if Joe will be playing guitar for these shows or Brad is going to play Joe's compositions or he is just going to 'work these songs out.' Glorify these shows with some decent writing, jambase!
