Thursday marked the final full day of this year's Mayan Holidaze at the Now Sapphire Resort in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.
For yesterday's finale each headlining band - Umphrey's McGee, The Disco Biscuits and
STS9 - played a set
a piece on the beach.

STS9 took the stage on the beach first and mixed material from many eras. The jamtronica
act's set included their remix of Bloody Beetroots's "Awesome" as well as the fitting
"Water Song." Tribe concluded their time in Mexico with a performance of "March."
Philadelphia's the Disco Biscuits were up next. The quartet kicked off their set by
working an inverted "And The Ladies Were The Rest Of The Night" into "Magellan." A six-
song, well-jammed set came to a close with "Spraypaint" > "Confrontation" > the end of
"Hot Air Balloon." Rain once again gave Umphrey's McGee and attendees grief as it brought
"Puppet String" to an early conclusion. However, the band was able to end on a high note
by covering Toto's "Africa" (with a lyric change in the chorus to "Mexico") and weaving
"Utopian Fir" into the middle of "Der Bluten Kat."
