BSS's Jason Collett Solo Album

Broken Social Scene's Jason Collett Solo Album This February

Jason Collett
Canadian indie-collective Broken Social Scene has had a busy year with solo albums by Feist with The Reminder and Kevin Drew with Spirit If.... Jason Collett is jumping on board with Here's to Being Here. The album marks Collett's third record of solo work and is set for release on February 5 through Arts & Crafts. The album was recorded and produced in Collett's hometown of Toronto with help from producer Howie Beck and features guest performances by fellow Broken Social Scene member and Apostle of Hustle front man Andrew Whiteman, as well as Tony Scherr (Norah Jones, John Scofield) and Liam O'Neil (The Stills) to name a few.

Throughout November, Collett will tour with Feist. He will also perform solo at a series of shows entitled "Jason Collett's Basement Revue" at Toronto's The Dakota Tavern on December 4, December 11 and December 18.
