Jam titans Widespread Panic have just been
announced as the headlining act of April's
2014 North Carolina Azalea Festival. The band
will play on both Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 on the festival's outdoor stage at
the Cape Fear Community College parking lot in Wilmington, NC.
"We are thrilled to bring Widespread Panic back to the Azalea Festival and our new downtown
venue," Azalea Festival President Steve Coble said in a statement. "Having them headline for
two nights, Friday and Saturday, will give fans a chance to experience Widespread in
Wilmington in a way that's never been done before."
Tickets will be available starting Saturday, November 23, at 9 a.m. ET via the event's website.
