Umphrey's McGee Plays Camp Bisco Set With Replacement Bassists

Umphrey's McGee played the opening night of Camp Bisco with a rotating cast of bass players, as their own Ryan Stasik could not attend the gig because his daughter decided to join the world just a little bit early. Filling in for Stasik was Dave Murphy of STS9, Marc Brownstein of the Disco Biscuits and Bryan Doherty who handles bass duties with UM side project Digital Tape Machine. The set also reprised UM's cover of tDB's "Home Again", a song they had not played since May 5, 2006, a night where UM played in tDB's hometown of Philadelphia, and tDB played UM's hometown of Chicago and covered "In The Kitchen."

Here's how it all went down:

July 11 2013, Camp Bisco, Mariaville, NY
I: Wappy Sprayberry (Dave Murphy), Breathe (Dave Murphy), The Triple Wide (Dave Murphy), In The Kitchen (Marc Brownstein), Partyin' Peeps (Marc Brownstein), Home Again (Marc Brownstein & Jon Gutwilig of tDB), The Linear (Bryan Doherty), Booth Love (Bryan Doherty and Aron Magner of tDB)
