RAQ's Holiday Shows

RAQ
The Burlington VT based quartet, RAQ, brings their four-headed monster rock show through Asheville NC tonight as they host a Halloween party at the legendary Orange Peel. The band is joined onstage tonight by DJ Logic. After a very productive spring and summer for 2007 which saw the band span the entire North American continent twice, RAQ is gearing up for the Holidays with a Thanksgiving show in New York at the Highline Ballroom and New Year's in Knoxville TN at the Bijou Theatre. Tickets are on sale now for both of these shows as well as the upcoming November dates for the band.

I think that guy Chris from Raq should dye his hair red and change his name to Trey.

If you live in Tennessee and enjoy these guys, there's a FREE SHOW on Friday, November 30th in Murfreesboro (40 minutes outside Nashville).

These guys are on absolute fire right now! I cannot wait for the show tomorrow night in Raleigh!

It's about time that Jambase started to cover Raq. Their sound is huge and they're still playing relatively small venues. Catch 'em in bars and theaters while you can!

Not to rehash old comparisons to Phish, but for me even on a bad night these guys freakin' kill it, and when they're on, well now that's a whole other story. I've never felt energy in a room like I've felt at some RAQ shows
