FOO FIGHTERS FRONT MAN JAMS
WITH THE ROLLING STONES ON "BITCH"
The Rolling Stones' have filled their 50 and Counting Tour with many
guest spots over the last few weeks from the likes of John Mayer, Gwen Stefani and Tom
Waits. However, last night's appearance from Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohl at the
Honda Center in Anaheim, CA might be the best one yet.
Grohl emerged seven songs into The Rolling Stones' set for an intense version of "Bitch"
off their 1971 album Sticky Fingers. Dave came out with his trademark guitar and
not only vamped on the song's signature riff, but also shared vocals with Mick Jagger.
There was an intensity to "Bitch" that has been unparalleled this tour.
Other guests included former Stones guitarist Mick Taylor on "Midnight Rambler" and "(I
Can't Go No) Satisfaction" as well as the University Of Southern California Thornton
Chamber Choir, who reprised their role from Wednesday night in helping out on "You Can't
Always Get What You Want."
