Dave Grohl To Guest With Rolling Stones In Anaheim

FOO FIGHTERS FRONT MAN TO JAM
WITH THE ROLLING STONES TONIGHT

The Rolling Stones' 50 and Counting Tour continues tonight at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA; where the band will be joined by Dave Grohl at some point during the show. The Stones announced that the Foo Fighters' front man will be one of this evening's guests via Twitter. Grohl's appearance follows John Mayer's sit-in at The Stones' first show in Anaheim on Wednesday night. Mayer came out seven songs into Wednesday night's set for a cover of Muddy Waters' "Champagne & Reefer."

Former Stones guitarist Mick Taylor will also appear as he has each show this tour. We're hoping Taylor's turn in the spotlight will go beyond his typical "Midnight Rambler" sit in and the few versions of "(I Can't Go No) Satisfaction" he's played on. We'll see if the University Of Southern California Thornton Chamber Choir will reprise their role from Wednesday night in helping out on "You Can't Always Get What You Want."

Foo Fighters have opened for The Rolling Stones in the past and even performed with Mick Jagger during last year's Saturday Night Live season finale as well as the wrap party later that evening.

Watch Foo Fighters back Mick Jagger on "Miss You" nearly one year ago tonight:
