Videos: Members of LoS, SCI, Motet, YMSB and More Celebrate Joe Cahill

Back on Monday night members of many of Colorado's finest jam acts came together at The Fox Theatre in Boulder, CO for a benefit show that celebrated the life of Joe Cahill. Cahill, who was killed early this month in New Orleans, served as the house lighting director at multiple venues in Colorado including The Fox and also toured with Leftover Salmon and Karl Denson's Tiny Universe.

Among the musicians who performed at the event were Kyle Hollingsworth and Michael Travis of String Cheese Incident, Jeff Austin of Yonder Mountain String Band, Andy Thorn of Leftover Salmon and many members of The Motet.

We've rounded up four videos shot by YouTuber billinaryada that give a taste of what this event was all about.

First up, watch The Motet perform their live staple "Shake Your Booty."

Here's Yonder Mountain String Band mandolinist Jeff Austin leading members of String Cheese Incident and The Motet through "Crow Black Chicken."

Check out Austin and members of String Cheese and Leftover Salmon perform "My Sisters and Brothers" and "Keep On Trucking."

Finally, take a look at members of Yonder Mountain String Band, String Cheese Incident, The Motet and Leftover Salmon as they team up for a cover of "Higher Ground" by Stevie Wonder.

UPDATE: Our pal @EB_Jaybird pointed us towards a soundboard recording of the whole show.

All proceeds from the concert, as well as a raffle and silent auction that took place, were contributed to a fund benefiting Cahill's daughter - Cassidy. To contribute to this most worthy cause, there are a few ways you can donate.
