Going to be the best show of the year. Rosas is a competent bass, Molina is in Crazy Horse, and Keith plays a great steel pedal guitar. Check out the prairie wind DVD if you want to see what he's like w/o the horse. Different vibe for sure, but will still be great

Neil sounds great with anyone/nobody backing him. Check out Live at Massey Hall. A man and a guitar. Anyway...DON'T miss him!

Hell yes! 2 nights at the chicago theater!!!! what's the deal with pegi opening? only time i have seen her perform, it was a duet with neil - and it wasn't half bad. oh, and i'm with everyone else - USC you are with out a doubt the biggest tool on this board. go over to PT if you want to act like a douche - you'll fit right in.

Just wanted to say that Neil is right up there with Dylan and Robert Hunter as one of the great songwriters and conveyers of emotion in the history of Rock and Roll. His live shows just eminate with emotion and energy. Without putting anyone down, I would like to say that you are really selling yourself short by ignoring the contributions he has made. I have had some really introspective and somewhat spiritual experiences listening to Neil's music and learning about the tribulations he has faced in his life, as well as relating them to my own. I do not know of many other musicians or artists in general who have the ability to capture an emotional state which everyone has experienced and put it into a work of art. Do yourself a favor, and listen to his entire catalog, if you have not already. It is something to behold.

marcsmall1 - You nailed it. Mr Soul, Ohio, Needle and the Damage Done, Tonights the Night, Like a Hurricane, Old Man, Heart of Gold, Hey Hey, Rockin in the Free World, Harvest Moon, This Notes for You...

You can go on and on with the great songs he has written. AMAZING songs. Sure a stinker here and there, but only Neil had the balls to do a Trans, Everybody’s Rockin’ or Living With War where all other “established” artist turn out what the record company wants. Look at the turds turned out by McCartney, Dylan and Townsend lately!

Hold the phone folks - Just heard that tickets for the Chicago shows range $160 to $60. Love ya' Neil, but someone has to draw the line. Maybe if Molina could stay on times at least half the songs, half that price would be worth it.

My mom and I just got 2 tickets for the tower theater show on dec. 10th, we tried to get for the 9th but they were sold out and as soon as they sold out they announced that he would be playing a second night. wickkkkkeeeeeed, i am so down to see good ol' neil in december. Last time i saw him was with CSNY and he stole the show, so at an intimate venue like the tower, i think i might cry. ;] fuck you ticketmaster though, 350+ bills for two tickets ;/
