Washington's Whidbey Island welcomes inaugural

(SEATTLE, WA) - The Island Festival will take place July 20-22, 2007 at South Whidbey Island's 100-acre Community Park in Langley, WA. The three day musical event will feature live performances, recreational activities, and inspirational workshops. This first of its kind event will have on-site camping included with the three-day pass available for $85-$95, and single day tickets are for $35-45. Tickets go on sale June 7, 2007 through the website (www.islandfestival.com). This family-friendly festival will celebrate global and collective harmony through carbon neutrality, sustainable community practices, artistic inspiration, and recognition of the earth as one big island.
