- I got an error, saying "Oops! We ran into a little problem." What now?

- I searched for something and did not get the result I expected. What gives?
We apologize if you are having trouble finding the search results you expect. First, make sure that you've entered your search term correctly. If your not able to find what your looking for, it could be that we don't have it, or there may have been a technical issue. For more information, you may contact us by way of the Bug Form.
- I am having trouble searching for something. What should I do?
We apologize for any issues you may have with our website. If you have a bug you'd like to submit, please send it to us via the Bug Form. We are working very hard toward improving every piece of functionality on JamBase.com.
- How do I make changes to shows already listed on the site?
To submit a correction, please fill out the Fix Form and be sure include all pertinent information (artist, date, venue, city, state, and a description of the correction).
- I entered shows into JamBase but I don’t see them. Where are they? When I try to add them again it says the show is already listed. What is going on?
Don't worry, they are almost there! All newly added shows must be approved internally before going live on the site. This takes a couple of hours during the work week and longer on nights, weekends, and holidays. Please check back shortly and you should see them live!
- How do I enter multiple shows per day for an artist?
If there is more than one show for an artist on a given day, please fill out our Fix Form with all of the information for the second show (artist, date, venue, city, state) and we will post it for you.
- I didn't find the help I was looking for here. What should I do?
